How can someone from outside of our organization view an approved Cohere authorization?

There are a few ways to view an approved Cohere authorization. 

  1. Cohere's Status Check Website (does not require registration)
    • Check using either the Cohere tracking number or the patient's Member ID & DOB (mm/dd/yyyy)
  2. Cohere's online platform (registration required)
    • You can review Cohere authorizations on the dashboard and/ or the patient summary.
  3. Humana's online portal (registration required)
    • Please note, Cohere authorizations will only be visible in Availity once a final determination has been rendered. Click here to log in
  4. Calling Humana's interactive voice response (IVR) line at 1-800-523-0023.
