Withdrawing an Authorization

If you need support with withdrawing an authorization, please contact Cohere by submitting a support request form.

Overview Humana Details
From the patient summary, you will be able to view a comprehensive list of previously submitted authorizations in the Cohere platform, including those created by users at your organization and other organizations, if applicable.

You are unable to withdraw requests when they are at a “Draft” status because they have not yet been submitted. However, you do have the option to delete these requests. To do this, open the request by selecting 'More detail' and scroll down to view 'Delete this Service'.
